Yes. All athletes begin with the online qualifier. Top athletes will progress to the in-person event.

The Prime League online qualifier will consist of 4 workouts completed across a two-week window.
Athletes will complete and submit workouts in stages:
Week 1
Complete Event 1 and Event 2 and submit scores before the weekly deadline.
Week 2
Complete Event 3 and Event 4 and submit scores before the final submission deadline.

The in-person event will include multiple workouts. Details will be released closer to the event.

You can complete the workouts at your own gym or training facility, as long as you follow the movement standards and submission guidelines.

Athletes must be 30 years + and will compete in 9 year age brackets:
